Director of Patient Community Development

Overview of Position

With patients at the center of our universe, we are working hard to improve their experience as much as possible. We know that a large part of this equation is connecting and engaging patients with one another. Responsibilities of this position include strategic planning, regular patient engagement, and execution of ideas. You will have freedom to be creative and must be disciplined in your execution.



  • Connecting with patients on a regular basis: ~monthly check-ins in person or on the phone
  • Facilitating patient to patient communications: letters, videos, etc..
  • Organizing and distributing support from customers: mailing all of the postcards, organizing letters, etc...
