Digital Marketer

This position will lead Resilience Project’s efforts with paid digital marketing. Primarily tasked with building awareness and selling product, the digital marketer will use data analytics to drive spending decisions.


  • Creating a digital marketing budget
  • Sales, web, and social media data analytics
  • Distribution of paid marketing campaigns


  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Solid knowledge of website analytical tools i.e. Google Analytics
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, marketing database, email, and social media
  • Experience in optimizing user funnel
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with the rest of the team to create well-integrated marketing efforts
